# Plugin doesn't work – can't load resources

 * The plugin doesn’t work for me – I’ve entered my trial key, which I’m not able
   to save. Also, selecting a merchant doesn’t seem to work.
 * Thoughts?

 * When this happens, it’s most often due to WP-Minify compressing the javascript
   files. If you have WP-Minify, WP-Total Cache or NexGen Gallery, please try disabling
   them and see if you can select a merchant. If this solution works please get 
   back to us about which plugin was the cause.
