    Don’t buy! I bought the pro version and it was close, but didn’t quite do what I wanted. There was an update, but it didn’t work and the customer service was unresponsive.

    You can not use Employee Directory and Employee Spotlight plugin at the same time. That’s why you’re getting the Fatal error message. You need to deactivate one of them. There is no reason for keeping both of them active.

    The reason we designed it this way is that you can reuse your employee data without reentering it. In the future, we plan to make them complement each other with different functionality instead of replacement.

    Thanks for your purchase for Employee Directory Pro last year. I’m sorry to hear that we couldn’t make you happy 🙁

    I checked our support system and could only find only 1 ticket you submitted. Here is the link:

    Looks like you submitted this ticket on Jan 22 2016 and we replied to you same day and followed up a week later since we didn’t hear back from you, and you never responded since then. How can we resolve your issue if you don’t help us help you?

    I also found 2 support requests from you here at wordpress.org both of which are answered.

    Did I miss anything? I think its very unfair for you to change your previous 4 star rating to 1 star after your license expired and claim that we were unresponsive to your requests for support, and worse submitting multiple 1 star ratings on our other plugins which you don’t use or have purchased, which is spamming.
