Plugin doesn’t work and support is non-existent

I purchased StickyCTA but I couldn’t access the features I paid for. The option to activate the Pro version simply never appeared. I reached out to customer support three times over the course of a month and never received a single reply. This is unacceptable for a paid plugin. I’ve since requested a refund. I strongly advise against buying this plugin – if you run into any issues, you’ll be completely on your own.
