 * Hi, I’ve updated wordpress to the latest version and now the plugin does not
   work anymore. Are there other people who have had the same problem? Are you already
   working on a solution?
 * Thanks for the support

 * Did you also update the plugin to its latest version?
    What doesn’t work?

 * [@seosbg](https://wordpress.org/support/users/seosbg/) I’m sorry but a simple“
   is broke” doesn’t help me understand what goes on.
 * Are you using the latest version of WordPress?
    Are you using the latest version
   of the Kirki plugin? Try adding `define( 'SCRIPT_DEBUG', true );` in your wp-
   config.php file as per the instructions on [https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress](https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress)
   Do you see any errors in the browser console after you do that? If so, what are
   those errors? Are there any errors in your server’s error log? Which theme are
   you using? Is it a premium theme? If it is, did you try contacting the theme
   developer? Any more info that you can provide would be helpful.

 * I think the issue is conflict JQuery and KIRKI in the latest version 4.9 There
   is no error in PHP.

 * Update the latest version KIRKI. There is no problem with the latest version.
 * Thanks Aristeides 🙂

 * [@seosbg](https://wordpress.org/support/users/seosbg/) 🙂 Yep, people have been
   testing Kirki with WP 4.9 for weeks – ever since the 1st WP 4.9 beta. Any issues
   that were found have already been fixed and included in the last version of the
   plugin which was released proactively before WP.
 * I’m glad it works!
 * [@campo23](https://wordpress.org/support/users/campo23/) can I assume that updating
   to the last version also fixes the issue for you?

 * I had already installed the latest version of the plugin, version 3.0.15 and
   it still doesn’t work. When I go to Appearance->Customize I can see only the
   Widget section and I can’t do anything. I tried to go back to WP 4.8.3 and now
   it works. I am using the theme Hemma from themeforest

 * In the console I’ve found this error: “kirkiAllFonts is not defined”

 * That’s weird… That issue existed in versions prior to 3.0.14.
    Perhaps a file
   is cached and that’s why you’re getting an older version of a JS file. That would
   explain the issue you have. Did you try resetting your browser’s caches?

 * Yes, i tried but it doesn’t work. I also tried to use different browsers but
   nothing changed. Now I noticed another strange thing: with WP 4.8.3 everything
   works fine but in the Typography section now i can’t select any font. It’s very
   very weird.

 * Hello
    I have the same problem noticed by campo23: I’ve updated the wp version
   to 4.9 and I have the latest version of the plugin, version 3.0.15 and when I
   go to Appearance->Customize I can see only the widget section and I can’t do
   anything. I am using as well the theme Hemma.
