# Plugin doesn’t work

 * I have done neccessary steps to convert images to webp format. I also purged 
   all caches before testing it out in the devtool. But the image format is still

 * Everything on your website is working fine. Have you read the information that
   is added in the plugin?

 * I would appreciate your feedback as there is a lot of information on this in 
   the plugin and there are still people asking for it. And I don’t know what else
   to do about it.
