 * I set up the site with maintenance off, but it appears with the maintenance on
   when I visit my website.

 * Hi,
 * It looks like a cache issue. It probably managed to cache it with Maintenance
   active before you turned it off. Please clear any cache plugins/services you 
   have active when you turn Maintenance ON/OFF.

 * Make sure you empty the cache in the W3 plugin.
