# Plugin doesn’t work

 * Hi!
 * I have a problem with the plugin. I added the first quiz and it has a shortcode[
   streamquiz id=”0″] which doesn’t work. This quiz can’t be deleted. It is also
   impossible to add a second quiz (“Quiz has not been saved. Probably the data 
   is incorrect or the connection to the database has been lost”). I disabled Elementor
   Pro and Yoast SEO plugin, but that didn’t help.
 * The plugin is the latest version.
 * What could be causing this problem?

 * It seems DB table(s) which are used by the plugin are corrupted. Could you contact

 * The problem occurs due to NO_AUTO_VALUE_ON_ZERO option is enabled in MySQL config.
   You can contact hosting support and ask to disable it (or disable it in my.cnf
   config)
