We checked the screenshots you shared with us, and it seems that you have disabled the tracking for the admin. Are you trying to left the cart with logged-in as admin?
If yes, then it will not work.
Also, make sure that there is no console error on the checkout page.
Can you please let me know if you have disabled the WP-Cron on your site? If yes, then please refer to the below docs.

Hello,
1) I was not connected, I was in incognito and No I didn’t have any errors on my console.

You can see that in the second screenshot it says that the email has been sent or I have checked everywhere but nothing.

2)Sorry, I’m not expert of WordPress. Regarding the cron where should I check? Wp-config ? Or CPanel, by the way on the Cpanel, I have no current Cron jobs.

If you can see the abandoned carts, then there is no issue with cron. If there was an issue with cron, then the plugin can’t capture the abandoned carts. On your site, cron is working fine.
Regarding the emails, can you please check if you are receiving the test email from a plugin? For example, you can send the test email from the SMTP plugin or our plugin too.
If you haven’t received the test email, then please check the SMTP configuration once.

So I followed your advice, I carried out several tests but I did not receive anything (I checked for spam etc). I used my professional and personal email (gmail), I try with other mail but nothing.

Can you please follow the steps mention in the below doc to configure the SMTP on your site?

Hello,
I redid a test with the SMTP, I received several test mail on my professional account (including gmail) (see screenshot). AND I received it.
I also redid a mail sending test with your plugin but I only received on my pro account and not on gmail. (see the 3rd email in the screenshot)

So according to you, it could be that I have a bad configuration on SMTP?
Because before we had the same configuration, and the basket raises were working properly. But for a few months now, we could see that it no longer worked.

You can find the email log in the SMTP plugin itself.
Can you please try to abandon the cart with another email address? As if you are trying to abandon the cart with the email which is already abandoned then you will not receive the email.

I performed two tests with a Hotmail and Gmail account.
It turns out that I received a cart abandonment email for the first one but not for gmail

If you are receiving the email, then it seems that the plugin is working fine.
While testing the abandoned carts makes sure that you are using different session for each email address. If you used the same session, it will overwrite the previous one & will not send the email.
