# plugin doesn`t work

 * I`m using product catalog 7-days free trial, but it does not work on my page.
   
   It shows nothing when the catalogue includes products or categories which contain
   products. no side bar, no sort bar, no search bar, no categories, no products.
   However, when the catalogue only contains emtpy categories, no products, it can
   show side bar including sort bar and search bar.

 * 1) Could you send us the URL of your catalogue page?
 * 2) Could you send us the **exact** shortcode that you’re using on that page?
 * 3) Have you added any products or categories to your catalogue? If you’re not
   sure how to, edit the catalogue and scroll down to choose products/categories
   on the left side (here’s one of our tutorial videos, the ‘adding products’ part
