  • I’ve been using the paid version since last May. Starting in November, I had to update the plugin manually as it was throwing errors from the WordPress interface saying the download was unauthorized. It was a frustrating workaround, but I would do it to avoid security issues whenever an update was available. Starting in February, even updating the plugin manually wasn’t working and support was unresponsive. Do not pay for the pro version of this plugin — not worth it and support is unhelpful. I have asked them multiple times if they’re working on a fix, and I’ve never received a response. I wouldn’t even use the free version. I’ll be switching to another media gallery soon.

  • I too have been using this plugin and it’s been working fine until I moved my site to a new server IP address. Now the license won’t validate on that server and ALL MY IMAGES ARE DISABLED! I am extremely unhappy.

    Also, I submitted a support request on an issue prior to this that was NEVER ANSWERED DESPITE MULTIPLE REQUEST TO THEM.

    So I completely agree with olivoshaw’s comments.

    Did I tell you have unhappy I was? I think I did. 🙁
