# Plugin doesn’t track transactions

 * Hi,
    I ask you for help because the plugin doesn’t track transactions in Google
   Analytics. I have already checked: there is no conflict of codes. What could 
   be the problem? Thank you

 * Is eCommerce enabled in GA? Unless that is enabled, GA won’t accept any transactions.
 * This plugin is also fairly outdated, and uses a JavaScript driven version of 
   transaction tracking. I’d recommend upgrading to their pro version: [https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-google-analytics-pro/](https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-google-analytics-pro/)
 * I know it’s not free, but the tracking is much more accurate because the transactions
   are sent through the server, instead of through the customer’s browser JavaScript.(
   Don’t work for the plugin developer, just a user of both tools.)

 * This issue was fixed. Please make sure you have the Ecommerce view enabled in
