# Plugin doesn’t seem to do anything

 * I have installed this plugin to use for a client that wanted Facebook reviews
   on their website. After installing there is only a very vague step by step list
   detailing the installation process along with a “Connect Facebook platform” header
   and a button that says “connect”. After pressing the button the page seems to
   just reload itself, there also doesn’t seem to be any other options or functions
   located anywhere. Is there any documentation on how to use this plugin?

 * After the connect button click, you should search for a popup window, where Facebook
   will ask for your permissions. (It is a Facebook solution, we don’t like pop-
   ups either …)

 * Still, nothing. I turned off the popup blocker for the localhost instance we 
   are using and no Facebook popup would appear, the page would just reload itself
   like before. Also I have noticed the css for the plugin doesn’t seem to be loading,
   what I see in my dashboard isn’t what I see in the video. I am also using up 
   to date versions of your plugin and WordPress.

 * Is there any error in your webserver’s log? If you can add me a temp user to 
   the WP site, I can check it.

 * We don’t currently have anything set up to monitor our web server log, and I 
   will not grant access to the site since that would be a huge security risk and
   it wouldn’t be possible anyways since you would need to be connected to our private
   VPN to access our development environment. I think I will just need to shop around
   for another plugin with similar functionality that will work with our environment.

 * Solutions:
 * 1) If you have an account at admin.trustindex.io, you do not need the WP plugin.(
   Just insert the widget’s raw script -what you will get after widget saving- into
   your site and that’s all.)
 * 2) If you stick to the shortcode function of the plugin:
    Maybe if you follow
   the Troubleshooting tab’s steps, after it (as the last step) you can send us 
   the report, I can help you.
