Plugin doesn't seem to do anything

I just installed the login/out plugin, and as far as I can tell, it doesn’t do anything at all.
I’m trying to test the logins for the new users I’m creating on our site, but I can’t find any way to log OUT when I’m logged-in as the administrator. Which means I can’t test any of the other new user-logins.
I launched a different browser (Firefox) and went to the site’s login page and logged in as one of my new users… but I don’t see anything that would let me log out, or change users, or anything.

I must be missing something, but I can’t figure out what it might be…
