Title: plugin doesnt run Last modified: September 13, 2017 --- # plugin doesnt run * Resolved [iohan](https://wordpress.org/support/users/iohan/) * (@iohan) * [8 years, 7 months ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-doesnt-run/) * hey setup of sandbox completed and installing of mangopay plugin completed, but: * 1. i m having troubles to get the plugin running. setup is fine but got 2 red error messages: Required WC-Vendors plugin present & activated: — Failure 🙁 WC-Vendors plugin version: — Unknown * i am using wordpress 4.8.1 and vendor-plugin 2.0.40 with woocommerce 3.1.2 * 2. when i select my birthday 15.June 1970 in my vendor-profile i get the error Invalid Birthday date. Please use this format: j.
