Support » Plugin: Shiprocket » Plugin does not work, so many problems and crashing the site.

  • This plugin is changing the cart page and after product quantity update, whole cart page getting blank. And processing orders are not fetching real time in shiprocket dashboard and some orders are getting automatically cancelled.
    The plugin is horrible.
    I think this plugin doesn’t support in latest wordpress and woocommerce.
    I had to deactivate the plugin to avoid the problems.
    However the developer team needs to work a lot to fix these issues.

    The support team is also completely useless because they’re giving no solutions.

  • @rajdipsinharoy did you find any solution to this problem? In my case – the site goes unresponsive after selecting the shipping option on checkout page (e.g. Delhivery) and when I click the ‘proceed to checkout’ button.

    Shiprocket is just worst. They will not give you anything.

    Shiprocket even i posted a review 10 minutes ago. You need to respond to me aswell. Please do respond. Your plugin is causing errors unlike nothing iv seen before. This never happens on WordPress ever but i dont know why its happening with you guys repeatedly. I can give a good review aswell provided you atleast fix these issues.

    Noticed something strange. The repo version of the plugin (updated earlier today) is 1.0.5 but the one I have installed says 1.0.6 and has deactivated by itself.

    They written wrong version in file first and then again they update the repo.
    Teach @shiprocket first, how to maintain a plugin..

    @rajdipsinharoy thank you and yeah, errors can happen. Out of all shipping providers, Shiprocket is the only one, it seems, that offers a plugin and ease of integration. I looked up but its not compatible with WooCommerce at the moment. Others stop at API docs.

    I’d wait a few more days for @shiprocket to release a working version. If not, the other option is to use table-rate kind of approach so client can charge for shipping but then is free to choose a courier of their choice.

    PS: I do not have the budget on this project to buy your version of Shiprocket integration. However, as a forum member, I’d be keen to know if you might consider listing it on the repo as a fork to this official plugin. It might also help Shiprocket to improve their integration.

    @shiprocket, thanks a lot for the really helpful and timely email support. With with the recommended snippet, the plugin now works on my client’s site as intended

    If anyone’s else facing a similar issue of spinners getting unresponsive on the WooCommerce checkout out page, here’s the temp workaround by the plugin authors – as applicable to version 1.0.5

    I will certainly leave a positive review and look forward to a newer version (1.0.6?) with the fix.
