    There are aspects of the plugin that work nicely to be fair. That being said, if the plugin fails to work correctly – well, GOOD LUCK with getting a refund, because you won’t get one. As they are in Spain, they can and will get away with it.

    I worked with support and they did fix one issue for me. Another issue was not resolved. In fact, the issue (link to author’s page) caused server crashes. They insisted the plugin works fine, and that I could not be given a refund due to the fact that I had “changed my mind” about wanting the plugin.

    When I pointed out to them that their own site says they cannot fix issues between the plugin and the Newspaper theme, and that the plugin caused server crashes (fatal errors), I never heard from them again. Had I know the plugin is basically garbage when used with Newspaper theme, I would have never bought it to begin with.

    The plugin also has issues with Jetpack.

    I cannot recommend that anyone purchase the pro version. These people are VERY dishonest. If you DO decide to buy, READ the policy concerning refunds. The way that they worded it, they can pretty much deny you a refund for any reason. I am out a significant amount of money now.

    Do yourself a favor and purchase the Simple Author Box Premium plugin, it actually works.
