    I have repeatedly tried to get these people to fix the start time issue, but they just ignore it. They ignore it because they sold us a plugin that clearly does not work. You cannot even set the start time, which for a scheduling and calendar app is the most basic requirement. They do not provide a working product. Instead, they try to sell a work in progress—something that doesn’t function. And even though it’s hard to defend the uselessness, they also have zero customer service. They ignored you. The Start Time, Import function & Many Things do NOT work and there is NO customer service.

We’ve already fixed some things in recent updates, and in the next release, we’re giving the start time a full revamp. So don’t worry—you’re not being ignored. You might want to try the next update, as it should fix this issue better.
