# Plugin does not work

 * We are unable to make your plugin work. All programing set up proper.
    Using 
   categories and tested with short codes. The public can still everything. It is
   at [http://www.runwaytv.com](http://www.runwaytv.com) Notice the Andy Dick Interview.
   Its in our premium category only and its short coded to , everything just is 
   visible. Plugin seems to do nothing. Please help.

 * I hope you’re well today! Sorry to hear you’ve had some trouble, let’s get that
   sorted though!
 * Have you already created a Stranger access level, activated it and specified 
   that level for Strangers at Membership > Options?
 * Also, have you enabled Membership as well at Membership > Membership?
 * Looking forward to getting that sorted for ya! 🙂
