Plugin Does Not Work

I have V3 selected. The keys are correct. But this message is what I get every time: “Google reCAPTCHA verification failed.” I have deactivated all other plugins, etc… this plugin just simply doesn’t work. Even when I selected V2, and I checked the box and selected the pictures, it fails.

http://www.batrat.com/checkout. Just add any item (you can try this https://www.batrat.com/product/2022-mookie-betts-a2k-mb50-gm-12-5-outfield-baseball-glove?attribute_pa_fits=left-hand-throws-right). Even after entering the credit card info, it will fail for both v2 and v3. This is very frustrating.

We cannot check your checkout page because it requires credit card to submit it. We recommend you to use Google reCAPTCHA V2 and disable it on checkout page if it does not work on that page.

You do not have to worry about the credit card. Enter them. You will not be charged because your recaptcha prevents the page from going forward.

Hello.

I have the same problem. I dont understand what is wrong or how to fix it. I have V3 selected. The keys are correct. this error continues for the third day today.

I made the login form using Jetformbuilder, it only supports v3 recaptcha. Before, it worked for me for several months without error, and now it gives me this message: “Google reCAPTCHA verification failed.” Nobody can log in to my web site, because recaptcha.
I re-created new web keys, put them in both plugins, recaptcha and jetformbuilder, no change, still not working.

We don’t have a credit card or any other payment method so we cannot test it.

@chengfucius and @diamondacademy, We highly recommend you to use Google reCAPTCHA V2 and disable it on checkout page if V3 does not work on that page.

Did you read what i wrote? MY plugin work only with V3… and V3 stopped working.. I need advice on how to fix it and what could be wrong, not that I should switch to another version that is not supported by the plugin I bought..

We do not have a premium version of this plugin. It looks like you are using some other plugin.

I checked source code of your site https://www.tradingakozivotnystyl.sk/ and cannot see our plugin is being used there.

Please contact support team of the plugin you are using.

why are you not reading what I wrote? Why is your support so horrible? I told you that you do not need to submit your credit card. It simply won’t pass through. Just type any number. You will see what I mean!!!
