# Plugin does not work

 * Hello,
 * I just installed this plugin on my wordpress/woocommerce website.
    I want to 
   have free shipping option only for some groups, so i created a new rule for: 
   User roles equal with administrator, but it does not work. Please check the following
   screenshots:

 * I’m using latest version of wordpress/woocommerce. Maybe there is no compatibility
   with it?

 * Plugin is fully compatible.
 * Check shipping cache [http://jeroensormani.com/shipping-debug-mode](http://jeroensormani.com/shipping-debug-mode)
   
   or the ‘hide other rates when free is available’ option if you have other free
   options.
 * Could also be 3rd party interference..
