AddToCart – you’re using some plugin (or it’s the theme) that’s changing the default WooCommerce behavior by firring a pop-up. It looks like our plugin won’t work in this situation. You can disable the pop-up and test again. * 2. Purchase event – I can’t test it, since I need an actual transaction. However, if you use the default order-received page I see no reason for it not to work. I will go about to disable it, but must the plugin be disabled permanently? I need it to collect emails. Is there no way to get around this? If you know which part of the pop-up plugin is affecting this, I can contact their developers to work this out. * 2.I’ve just checked – the link of the thank-you page on my website changes everytime. The URL is a customization of the Order number. Is not about your newsletter popup, it’s the cart popup that fires when the cart button is clicked. Actually I saw a few minutes ago that you turned it OFF and the AddToCart event was working as it should. The newsletter popup was there too. * 2. The Purchase event will fire on that page (the one with the order number) – that’s one of the main things our plugin does. OK, that will help. I am pretty sure that I’ve seen it turned OFF at some point when I was testing your site. * 2. Our Purchase event works fine, but you have another one inserted in your page source that doesn’t work. I have not touched it, but I will let you know once I have turned it off! * 2. Could you please tell me how you check it? I have used Facebook Pixel Helper and it only says “PageView”.
