# Plugin does not unpack

 * For some reason WPTouch does not unpack once i start the installation process
   from the wp-dashboard.
 * Has anyone run into this problem too and knows what to do?
 * My webspace is hosted by strato.

 * I have this issue with many plugins on on of my sites, in my case it’s because
   the server is limiting the amount of RAM that PHP can access and it runs out 
   of space downloading and unpacking the plugin. Speak with Strato about increasing
   your limit if this is the problem and if they can’t consider moving provider.

 * You can also upload the plugin manually via FTP directly to the /plugins/ directory.
   Simply unzip the downloaded file on your computer first then upload the folder.
