Would anyone like to explain why this plugin refuses to cache wordpress customizer “yourdomain.com?custom-css=” ?

So what happens here is when you use caching plugin inconjunction with varnish and CDN, any custom CSS you might have added to your site through the customizer will only be display on initial load. If your user happens to browse to a secondary page on your site they will be greeted with a messed up front-end because breeze cache refuses to include these styles in their cache engine. Get rekt.

    Hi
First of all, please note that the behavior of the customizer is dependent upon the theme active on the site.
Any CSS that you add through the customizer is added to the <head> and is considered as inline CSS. For this to work with Breeze (or any other cache plugin), go to Basic Option and then Minification and check the box labeled include inline CSS.
