    hi after installing on wordpress 4.7.5 with these plugins and nielsen theme , plugin does not show submenu and does not save api key and api secret key.I use final version of nielsen theme.
    neilsen them
    wordfence security
    WP Rocket
    woocommerce
    I tried to deactivate and trying to save it but unfortunately did not save api key and api secret key and show request time out page.
    please help me
    thank you for your support.

    Hello hamedershadi,

    Please can you make sure that you paste correctly the API key, Secret key and “From: email address”?
    The “From: email address” must be a validated sender email address from your Mailjet account. You can find it (or add it) here: https://app.mailjet.com/account/sender

    Hi again
    Yes I paste correct api key,secret but I don’t know why when in Mailjet Settings
    I press save ,it does not save.
    and The “From: email address” was validated also.

    After you hit “Save” does it show any error message on the top of the page?

    Unfortunately this “Nielsen theme” is paid one and we don’t have access to it now, so no way to test it.

    I create a fresh installation of WordPress 4.8
    And I have only two plugin akismet and wp-jalali,that I deactivated both of them
    And I use default WordPress theme
    But Unfortunately After I hit “Save” it doesn’t show any error message.

    Hi hamedershadi,

    Please can you check if your hosting has “cURL” enabled? It is required by the Mailjet plugin to make requests.
