# Plugin does not import users

 * I have now set this up with SSO as per instructions, but the helpdesk URL now
   defaults to the WP-login page, but signing in through a valid Freshdesk agent
   account does not work.
 * No users have been added into the WP back end.
 * I am using this on a multisite without network activation (i.e. only activated
   on the sub directory site)

 * Hi,
 * This plugin supports only the following :
 * 1. Allow WP users to use their WP authentication to log in to the freshdesk account.
   ie., instead of separately creating an additional account in freshdesk, users
   can now use the WP login itself. But it is not the other way around, like you
   have mentioned.
 * 2. Also we don’t port the contacts from freshdesk to WP too.
