When I added a All In One WP Security & Firewall all of my plugins was turn off because “Plugin does not have a valid header”.

How can get my plugins back because on FTP I have files of this plugins but on wordpress adminpanel i don’t see them?

I have backup of all my WP files and I have backup of database, but when I restore them ewerythings works fine but when I go to adminpanel–>plugins one more time i see “Plugin does not have a valid header” and stop working. (in backuup i don’t have files of All In One WP Security & Firewall).

I don’t think the AIOWPS is the cause of the “Plugin does not have a valid header” error.

I personally have never seen this error occur but I’ve heard that such errors happen when you try uploading a plugin’s zip file which isn’t correctly zipped. For example, sometimes people try to upload plugin zip files which have another zip file inside it so when WP tries to extract the contents of the outer file it doesn’t find the PHP files it is expecting.
