 * I Have installed this on my site after uploading all the media folders but your
   plugin does not find any of the images?
 * I have checked in C-Panel file manager and the images are all there.
 * You plugin will not regenerate thumbnails either.
 * Any ideas please?

 * I received your email with the same question. I will respond here.
 * The media library is a database of files that have been imported into WordPress.
   Files and folders uploaded via the control panel or by FTP still have to be imported
   into WordPress. Click the Check for New Folders menu option will search for and
   add any new folders found under the Uploads folder. After adding the new folders,
   you can visit each folder and click the Sync button to import the contents of
   the folder.
 * You can find out more about how to use Media Library Folders by going to its
   Support page on your site and read the trouble shooting tips and the trouble
   shooting articles.

 * Hi Alan
 * I did what you said, check for new folders, and I get this:
 * [QUOTE]
    Scaning for new folders in /home/roundwoodhouse/public_html/wp-content/
   uploads No new folders were found. [UNQUOTE]
 * So Media still does not show.
 * I did look at the support articles before I approached you as I could not find
   what was needed to sort this issue.
 * Do you have any other ideas?
 * Thanks
 * Steve

 * Did you place the new folders under the wp-content/uploads folder?
 * Can you go to the Media Library Folders Support page, to the System Information
   tab. There, hightlight, copy and paste the information about your site into an
   email and send it to me at [email removed] and put ‘Plugin does not find images’
   in the email subject.

 * Hi Alan
 * The folders were placed in the public_html/wp-content_uploads and are listed
   by year (from the old server)
 * i.e.:
    2015 2016 2017 2018 2019 2020
 * Each year has a month folder inside it and inside that folder are the images
   and files.
 * The email address you put in your reply has been removed by WordPress and just
   says [email removed].
 * Cheers

 * Hi Alan
 * I have been to your web site (Max Foundry) but in regards to this from you :
 * “Can you go to the Media Library Folders Support page”
 * If I click on the plugin link and then Support I am asked for a login, as a Pro
   user, which I have not got to yet – though willing to do so once this is sorted.
 * If I use the Support link on WordPress.org I of course get this forum but cannot
   see a link to System Information.
 * Am I going to the wrong place(s).
 * Cheers

 * Hi Alan
 * I’ve had no email confirmations from WP.org.
 * What type of system information are you looking for? There is no image upload
   feature on your contact form.
 * Are you looking for the URL of the site, a user login?
 * Can you advise please.
 * Thanks

 * Hi Alan
 * I do have that box checked as the reason I know that you are replying is that
   I get emails. However I just found the one with your email in the Spam folder.
 * I still don’t really know what system information you are after. But I will try
   my best…..

 * So the plugin was able to add the new folders to the folder tree?
