Plugin does not connect site to Worldpay

Good afternoon,
I have been asked to contact you by Worldpay, regarding the fact that the plugin you offer is sadly not connecting to the Worldpay site.
I have installed the plugin ‘Business Worldpay Gateway for Woocommerce’ and it opens up a new settings category in Woocommerce.
The plugin has been created by MDSDev – which was the one recommended to me by Worldpay.However, once having entered in all data in Woocommerce Settings, the website doesn’t connect to Worldpay when somebody buys something from the webshop.
If you go to the shop, select an item, add to basket, go to checkout – there are Worldpay options (which is a good sign). However, when you click the Worldpay options and then ‘checkout’ – it skips the part where you enter the card details, and simply shows an order number, date, and payment method. After speaking to Worldpay, they have said this means it is not connecting Worldpay to the site upon checout.
I am really hoping you can help me understand why Woocommerce does not connect to Worldpay when a customer pays for an item.
