[Plugin: DMSGuestbook] Anit-Spam not showing

I am having a terrible time with spam on this plugin. In order to alleviate some of it, I set up re-captcha in the options panel. However, it is not actually showing up on the page. This measure isn’t really any good if it is not actually adding to the form… any idea how to fix this problem?
