[Plugin: DM Albums] Broken Image Links Autoplay and Next / Prev Broke

I have been trying to get the DM Album plugin working on my wordpress blog and have got so far as I am able to add new albums and upload the images to them. However, when I insert the album into a post the thumbnail images are all broken links and the first image does not show in the player. If I click the album to autoplay it will not start – It says Loading Image… and just shows that message. Same thing if I try to use the next or prev buttons. The image will display however if I click on the broken image thumbnail. That will load the image in the player for each thumbnail I click on.

A friend of mine has a MAC computer and he said the player worked on his computer but I am unable to make it work on mine (PC).

Any ideas? I have tried making the images smaller and it made no difference.
