[Plugin: Disqus Comment System] How to tell disqus to pick the light theme

  • Hi,

it has been weeks and I was not able to change the discuss font color from white to black. I learned that the new disqus is NOT customizable anymore and the system picks a light (black font) or dark (white font) theme by analyzing ur sites CSS. My sites has WHITE background but disqus just picks the dark theme with white font color.

How can I tell disqus to pick the light theme? I have tried modifying my links colors as someone said, disqus takes the link colors to determine the theme but was not successful.

The disqus support did not help out even after 3 email requests!

Just Choice the color between this range!

    Light vs. dark palette

A light (dark text on light background) or a dark (light text on dark background) palette is automatically selected based on the text color passed to Disqus from your site’s stylesheets. Specifically, the light palette is loaded when text color contrast has >= 50% gray contrast, i.e., color: #000000; – color: #787878;.
