[Plugin: Disqus Comment System] Homepage not accesible after plugin installed

After i have enabled disqus in plugin list, and options configure, i cannot open no one page of my website.

The second problem is that plugin settings page, take to load so long.

I have added JS code for development into my head part.

Tested on localhost and live website.
