# [Plugin: Disqus Comment System] Empty white space

 * Hi there. I use the Disqus plugin to handle my comments. I had an issue with 
   my hosting company, and ended up switching. Now the only migration error I cant
   get solved is with Disqus.
 * Anywhere it is used, there is a giant empty white space below it and above the
   footer. I have tried disabling all plugins, and only Disqus on and it still happens.
   If I disable Disqus to use the built in wordpress comments, it loads normally.
   I contacted the Disqus support and all they said is “This is not an issue with
   our plugin” so no help from them.
 * We use Disqus because we don’t want to store mass user accounts locally, and 
   Disqus allows for a great user comment system. So WordPress comments are not 
   an option.
