[Plugin: Display Widgets] doesn't have the option for some widgets

for most of my widgets, there was the display widgets option so i could hide the ones i ticked.

But i found 2 widgets without this option which were

1. wp_cumulus

2. quick adsense
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/quick-adsense/

Any ideas why they don’t have your plugin option ?
