Plugin disappeared after install

Hi. I just installed the plugin today. All was fine. Then I went to upgrade to pro, and after entering my license and going through the upgrade process, the whole plugin just disappeared completely. I have no idea how or why, but it all seemed to work fine and yet, when I clicked on the link to return to the plugin page, the plugin was not there. It’s just gone.

I tried to reinstall it, but it says the folder already exists. It is not listed on the plugin page, there is no setting for it, it’s just gone.

I had upgraded wordpress to 5.3.1 earlier today – is there a conflict somewhere? I’m super confused here.
