Support » Plugin: Popup Maker - Popup for opt-ins, lead gen, & more » Plugin Disables all Module Animations in Divi

  • Resolved Randy King

    (@randyking)

I have several animations on elements in my site for Divi modules; e.g., fade-in of images, rotations, zoom, etc. With this plugin active, ALL the animations on the page are disabled. All of the elements just appear with no animations.

I tried removing all of the class declarations where I wanted a trigger and that did not fix the problem. As long as this plugin is active, all the animations are disabled.

This is a deal-killer for me; I can’t give up these animations. I love the functionality and the ease of use, but I won’t be able to go any farther unless we can get a fix.

    Thoughts?

We really do apologize for this inconvenience.

Thank you for the response, no javascript errors. No problem, I found another pop-up plugin that does not interfere with the Divi animation. All working now.

    Hi @randyking

    Thank you for your reply.

I made a test using the latest version of Divi, but I did not see any issues with it.
    Please see: https://share.getcloudapp.com/qGuRnBBe
The animation on the page worked properly while it displayed the popup.

This could be related to the static file that Divi generates. If you still need help, and for us to investigate further, this would fall under our premium support, and so please could you open a support ticket at our support portal, here: https://wppopupmaker.com/support/

Thank you and we look forward to your response.

I just would like to say, that I noticed the same thing on my site. The animations are not really deactivated but they are triggered prematurely. They are supposed to activate as they become visible to the user (as in as the user scrolls down) but instead, they activate as the page loads.

I will open a different ticket, but I just want to mention this here, for the record.
