    Just to check:

    – If I install this plugin in the plugins folder and activate it sitewide, options have to be disabled in each blog.

    – If I install it in the mu-plugins folder, I’ll have only one options panel and stuff disabled there will apply to all blogs.

    Am I right?

No, MU plugins just means no one can turn off, not that they all get the same options. All your sites would be able to enable/disable at will, but the pluginwould always be active.

Any plugin you put into MU should be an ‘always on’ plugin, mostly, and Disalbler, even when you turn it on, defaults everything to ENABLED 🙂 One of my other plugins, Impostercide, is always on, and I encourage it to be put in mu-plugins. Not this one. Disabled should be inn regular plugins and network activated.
