[Plugin: Digg Digg] Double buttons in post excerpts on homepage?

Hi, Digg Digg is an amazing plugin I absolutely love it! However, I have one slight problem. When I enable normal display on the homepage, the buttons show up fine on the first post which shows the full content of the post but for all the other posts on the homepage which are excerpts, there are double digg digg buttons.

I have Twitter, Facebook and Digg buttons activated so on all the excerpts on the homepage there are 6 buttons 2 of each.

I have looked through the code for hours trying to figure out to fix it and I can’t get it. Can someone please help?
