 * Hi,
 * I am developing a plugin for wordpress and encounter a problem. When the admin
   click on the “Activate” in the admin console. The wordpress will call an activate
   method in my plugin. I want to redirect to a page that the admin can review and
   customize the plugin, but it seems it is not possible since the wordpress already
   write some headers. Is there a way that I can achieve this requirement , like
   pass the “noheader” to the url. But I cannot control the “Activate” link generation.
