  • This plugin only allows 12 entries and 90% of the options are non-functional, which means it’s really nothing more than spam for the Premium version. So we upgraded to the Premium version. Had issues and plugin dev was very unhelpful and disabled our ability to download updates less than 24 hours from our initial purchase. Have moved on.

    That is not correct.

    You are incorrect. Contact requires upgrading to a $40 Support Subscription …. We would like to ask what support services are covered with the Support Subscription as we have no problem paying for extended support, but the only way to communicate in any way, shape or form to further understand what is and is not covered by Premium Support is by first paying for said Premium Support… No guidance is given on dev website and premium support can mean many things to many different people, every dev has different standards in the level of service they provide with Premium Support.

    The screenshot I’ve posted too many times now below, shows that there is NO WAY ton contact the author without first paying for extended support.

    I believe it is unreasonable and a bad business practice to prevent paying customers from submitting simple questions about products / services / upgrading prior to purchasing them and preventing customers from providing information such as bug reports and feedback.

    Feel free to point out where you see a contact form in the screenshot below if I’m overlooking it.

    I’m sorry but these forums do not support commercial products. Only the free plugins downloaded from Please contact the plugin’s vendor directly with any questions about commercial products or services.
