Plugin Dev Help

Hi Guys!
I found this plugin which loads vmware content based on a powershell script ran on a remote server.

I needed it to do something slightly different from another software called Nutanix, rather than vmware. I did the powershell no issues and the plugin works but for some reason the widget won’t load!!
Its available in the widgets screen, and will allow me to place it. but when i leave the widget screen it removes the widget as if i never placed it on screen. I have tried the widget in a few different places and same, also tried other widgets and they load fine. The original in the link above works, and all i have done is edit the original (i have permission from the author)

Any advice?
