    What have you done to troubleshoot this issue?

    @anevins,

    How can I troubleshoot this? Also, I have asked other WordPress site’s owners, they do have same issue. They don’t see plugins Descriptions, Installations, FAQ, Reviews on theirs web sites until they do not scroll page down. Please look for second screenshot,
    https://prnt.sc/o4s6ji

    I think it’s not an issue connected just to my web site, it’s issue with wordpress.org directory and WordPress backend.

    Any ideas?

    See this page on basic troubleshooting: https://wordpress.org/support/article/faq-troubleshooting/

    I know you think you think it’s not an environment issue, but as you’ve said you haven’t carried out troubleshooting.

    What I would do is deactivate all plugins and switch to the Twenty Nineteen them.

    If the issue persists, I would remain in this clean environment and check the browser console for any errors.

    If there are none, I would check whether this is an issue with all plugins or just one particular plugin.

    If it’s not an issue with a particular plugin then I would explore how exactly that description is generated by WordPress.

    If it’s an issue with a particular plugin then I would compare that plugin’s readme with another plugin that works.

    As with any issue, you need to start narrowing down the cause of the problem.

    Also, I have asked other WordPress site’s owners, they do have same issue.

    Speaking with other people to re-affirm your issue does not help and introduces unnecessary layers of complexity. Just focus on your issue until you have a greater understanding of it.

    @anevins, thanks for reply.

    I have looked the troubleshoot guide and didn’t find any hints how to troubleshoot my issue – white area in plugins Description. Could you please point me to right hint?

    Any way, I repeat my WordPress is working well, except descriptions for plugins on page to install new plugins,
    SITE.COM/wp-admin/plugin-install.php

    For example, I don’t see Descriptions for Akismet, until I don’t scroll down the page with description,
    https://drive.google.com/file/d/1WleBC5TY2VyVbovX5VNk1na0Mv9XwNzP/view

    My friends on their sites have same issue on theirs, not on my site.

    Ok,

    1. I deactivated all plugins and switched to Twenty Nineteen theme. Issue still persist.
    2. I opened browser console and didn’t find any errors (red notices).
    3. Then I opened my another WordPress site, that I use to develop plugins. This site without any plugins and with active Twenty Nineteen theme. And I didn’t see the issue.

    But when I upgraded developers site from WordPress 5.2.1 to 5.2.2 I have got the issue again!

    Developers console is still clean. Looks like something wrong with WordPress 5.2.2?

    May be it’s because of this HTML?

    <div id="section-holder" class="wrap"

    I see, looks like a core issue. Can you raise a ticket here and set the “Component” as “General”: https://core.trac.wordpress.org/newticket
