I just had this same problem on a new install. I’ve installed it before, on the same server, from the same download, on a nearly-identical installation of WP 3.0 and it was just fine. This time it created 100 users, but it only gives me 0 for everything else.
Any help would be appreciate!

Can you give me any more details: other plugins you have loaded, whether this is a completely fresh install, if you get any errors on screen or in a log file etc.

I am having the same problem. It is a completely fresh install with Demo Data Creator as the ONLY plugin installed and activated.
Then I installed BuddyPress:
With BuddyPress installed I am able to create BuddyPress Groups, BuddyPress Wire Messages, BuddyPress Member Statuses and BuddyPress Friends.

Sorry, I’m confused. Do you all have the same problem: only able to create demo users, not demo posts/pages, comments or anything else?
mgladding: when you created your demo BuddyPress data did you also create demo posts/pages and comments for your blogs? Did it work?
Hello, I just installed this plugin this morning and am having the same issue as the original poster…I can create users but nothing else lol
I disabled all plugins and tried again but still no dice….I would love to get this working 🙂

It works like a charm for me. An absolute godsend!!
I am running WP 3.0.2 BP 1.2.5 and DDC 9.7.4
I should also say: PHP 5, MYSQL and activated through FireFox 3.6.8
It created users, posts, pages, comments, friends, etc etc etc.
This is fantastic! There is only one, tiny niggle and that is that I have comments so that the user’s comment appears in their activity stream. This data linked to a URL. By no means a problem. Added 1 comment from a live account and job done.
