 * I have a plugin that I suspect is not allow shortcodes to work on a site. I know
the next step is to turn off all plugins & to retest the shortcodes to see if
   they start working.
 * My question is, is there any way to save my plugin settings before deactivating
them? From past experiences some of the plugin settings get wiped out & have
to set them back up after re-activating. Any suggestions?
