[Plugin: DB Cache Reloaded] Disable caching on certain queries, plugins..so on

HI, i love this plugin, but my site is not blog so it have some functions i very need – like plugin http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-favorite-posts/ users can save their favorite items, but with Cache it apears in saved items only after period set in cache plugin when it removes cached files.

So how can i make that some queries will not be cached. You can write me in php or something i’m not new to programming.

I see the field Cache filter, but it doesn’t work or i don’t understand what exactly should i put there.
