[Plugin: Customize Your Community] Problem on IE but works fine on firefox

I’ve got CYC installed on my site at http://www.crossfitdenver.com with the sidebar-login plug-in installed as a widget on the right-hand side. If you click the register link in the widget, it brings up the themed register page, which looks great under firefox, but is all jumbled in IE. Here’s the direct link to the page:

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated…

I have another problem with this plugin

When a certain profile gets updated and the user clicks on Logout I get WordPress Failure Notice
You are trying to logout
Please try again

How do i fix this?

Hello! CYC is working great for me in FF and Safari – in IE 8 though, the text boxes for username and password are both on the username line. See http://www.safelist.com/blog/wp-login.php?action=register

This is version 1.2.1.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
