[Plugin: Custom Taxonomy Order] How do you apply the sort?

I installed the plugin and used it to order one of my custom taxonomies.

How is the sort applied? I tried an ‘orderby=order’ and ‘orderby=tax-order’ in the call to get_terms, but neither seemed to have an effect.

Also, one of the custom taxonomies was listed twice in the sidebar. This might be because one taxonomy is applied to two different custom post types, so is getting listed for each one…?
