 * the plugin changes the right to left align in the admin page using wordpress 
   arabic version.
 * after activation the admin menu switches to the left.

 * Well it would help if you could post some better screen shots since the pictures
   on that link are so small that I can’t tell what are the fields are being affected.
 * Meanwhile try commenting or removing the #action-buttons and .action-message 
   sections on the css file (cpvg_style.css) and tell if that does anything.
