[Plugin: Custom Post Type UI] Permalinks with Categories

Hello,
On a regular post, the permalink url uses /%category%/%postname%/:
However, the default url permalink for a custom post UI is:
domain/custom-post-name/post-title
I would like to do the same thing with a custom post that happens with a normal post. How do I make the url of a custom post type’s url include the category hierarchy?
