Is this plugin capable of ORDER the custom content types created in order to navigate between them in a specified order, not in chronological?

The plugin just registers the custom post types for you. Displaying the new custom post type content is code you’ll need to add to your theme template files. Justin Tadlock has some excellent articles covering this topic:

I hope ordering custom post types can be done soon, without this WP can’t be considered a real CMS.
